Shipping

We ship parts orders within whole Canada for flat fee:

• Standard delivery - 5-7 business days; shipping rate is $30
• Express delivery - 1-3 business days, guaranteed; shipping rate is $70

NEW: Orders over $200 qualify for free Canada-wide shipping.

We CANNOT ship custom server orders. If you need special arrangements regarding your shipment - please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Courier delivery

Every custom server order is qualified for free courier delivery within Calgary city limits.

NEW: Parts orders over $100 qualify for free in-city courier delivery as well!

Pickup

Pickup option is now available!

For parts orders - select “pickup” as a delivery method at checkout. After order is placed, our sales representative will contact you to arrange pickup date and time.

For custom server orders, please arrange pickup with your sales representative after placing the order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days starting from customer receiving their item (for custom server orders - delivery day, for shipped parts orders - delivery date according to mailing tracking information).

Items that were purchased at promotions and at discounts are not eligible for returns.

We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

• Licenses and software keys
• Hard drives
• Spare RAM modules

In order to initiate a return process, please contact our team to obtain the authorization number.

You can either drop off or mail your items at following address:

Please arrange the drop off time and date before dropping off a return with our support team.

If you are mailing the return, please write the authorization number you obtained from our support on the box/packaging in clearly visible and readable manner.

Customers are responsible for shipping return items and all related fees, taxes and duties. The return amount will be the same as for the total sum for the merchandise received. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days since item arrival to our address.

General info

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes applied are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
